The Master’s Moonshine: Guru Purnima Celebrations @ MA Math, Mumbai

“You toil day and night for this world, how many minutes do you devote for the Master of the world? The Master is the witness of all the worlds. He is to be remembered with gratitude, reverence and wonder.”
The import of these words is that the Guru is to be remembered constantly, incessantly. Yet, limited as our wisdom and knowledge is, we honor the Guru on the day of Guru Purnima, a tradition coming down the ages, from the time of the great Sage Vyasa. As celebration of his birthday, the day is also known as Vyasa Purnima.
