The “Integrated Amrita Meditatin Technique” (I AM Technique) is conducted at Ashram and other centers at Attingal, Neyyattinkara and Kilimanoor on all second Saturdays and Sundays. It is also taught at other institutions on demand from time to time. This is a scientific combination of yoga, breathing exercises and meditation, which can be practised daily by anybody at home in twenty minutes.
For overcoming problems in life and for peace of mind, it is most beneficial to do the Lalita Sahasranamarchana in the Ashram or Brahmasthanam Temple, where the atmosphere is charged with the spiritual vibrations of Amma, regularly once a week or every day at the same time.
