The transition of Shani has taken place from Kanya to Tula Rashi in the 3rd week of November.To ameliorate the evil effects of this transit, a special SHANI Havan was conducted at Brahamasthan temple, 20th November 2011.

Around 900 people from around Pune themselves performed puja, under the guidance of Br. Avyayamrita Chaitanya. People performed puja, even as a special Havan was being performed in the centre of the  assembly. There was also a short discourse and an array of soul stirring Bhajans with Br. Avyayamrita Chaitanya taking the lead.

Not to be left behind, Amala Bharatam volunteers also contributed enthusiastically taking  charge of cleaning and segreagting whatever waste was generated.
